Lee Tapscott has been a regular Cosplayer since 2013 after attending that years Chicago Wizard World. Indianapolis based, Lee is a regular at all the local conventions and enjoys helping out others in developing there cosplay. One of Lee’s biggest attributes is his creativity in getting people comfortable in cosplay and coming up with great new ideas on how to have fun while taken pictures.
